MONTEITH'S WILD recipe competition 2010
New Zealand showed us their wild side!
|
Monteith’s Wild Recipe 2010 winner, Linda Hammond, at the MBWFC Cook Off final with judges Mark Gregory & Kerry Tyack. As part of her prize she got to enjoy being a member of the MBWFC judging panel – an experience she won’t forget! |
We had over a hundred recipe entrants in the first annual Monteith's Wild Recipe Competition.
The recipes were to show innovation and creativity using 'wild' ingredients, whilst creating a perfect match to any Monteith's beer.
All recipe entries were of exceptional quality and the winner of the first ever Monteith's Wild Recipe Competition has been selected by our judges, photos can be seen here
The lucky winner will win a feature in DISH magazine, and be part of the Monteith's Beer & Wild Food Challenge Finalist Cook Off.
The winner will have the honor of a celebrity chef cooking their wild food recipe at the Cook Off, held in Auckland on 23rd August. That evening they will sit alongside the judging panel. All travel, accommodation and dinner for them and a partner will be covered by Monteith's.
